This policy explains how NEDFLO collects, uses and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile application and travel eSIM services.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, and optionally phone number, country, preferred language and currency.
- Order details: plans purchased, destinations, order and payment references, and eSIM identifiers such as the ICCID.
- Usage information: data usage and eSIM status reported by our network partners.
- Device information: device model and operating system, used to check eSIM compatibility and provide support.
- Support communications: messages and attachments you send to our support team.
Card details are processed by our payment provider. NEDFLO does not store full card numbers or security codes.
How we use information
- To deliver, install and manage your eSIM plans.
- To process payments, refunds and receipts.
- To send service messages, such as delivery, low-data and expiry notifications.
- To provide customer support.
- To prevent fraud and keep the Services secure.
- To understand and improve our products.
- To send marketing messages, only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to provide the Services: with eSIM and network partners to provision and operate your eSIM, with payment providers to process payments, and with service providers for hosting, email and analytics. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Our partners may process information outside the Maldives. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent to marketing, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and other safeguards to protect your information.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the website or app.
